What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring your health insurance card, a referral (if available), your current medication list, and any relevant medical records.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available directly in front of the practice. Accessible parking spaces are also provided.
Which insurances are accepted?
We treat patients with all statutory and private health insurances. Please bring your insurance card to every visit.
How can I reorder prescriptions?
Prescriptions can be ordered by phone, email, or via our contact form. Please allow 2 working days. The prescription will be ready for pick-up.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments can be made by phone during office hours or via our contact form. In emergencies, please come directly to the practice.
What documents do I need as a diabetic?
Please bring your blood sugar diary, diabetes passport, current medication list, and your insulin pump ID if applicable.
